He becomes entangled with Ya, the heir to the TRT Group empire, through the competition “The Next Leader,” a contest to select the company’s next generation of executives. Din must face Phong, a rival who relies on being cunning, having connections, and influence. Under mounting pressure, Din must do more than repair the company’s collapsing plumbing system: he must also mend the cracks in Ya’s heart and prove to everyone that a true leader is not measured by profit figures, but by their willingness to leave no one behind.
