Fang Wanzhi, a girl born in the 1970s from Shenxianding, a remote mountain area in Yuxian County, faced emotional and family upheavals, dropping out of university at 20. She seized the opportunities brought by the reform and opening-up era, striving to rebuild her life repeatedly. Her resilience inspired those around her to find happiness. In her middle age, with her company successfully listed, Fang handed its management over to her team. Accompanied by her adopted daughter Fang Miaomiao and confidant Gao Xiang, she returned to her hometown, Shenxianding, settling down where her journey began.
